a) I no longer need the service
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed. Once your order is in the "Processing" stage, cancellations will not be accepted.
b) Non-compliance with the product
Customers who make a purchase have a maximum of 48 hours to report their dissatisfaction. After this time, Fiorence terminates its warranty policy on the product, as it is a perishable product.
