Cancellation and Refund Policies

When you make a purchase through our website or via telephone, you agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policies outlined below:

a) No longer need the service:
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed. Once your order is in "Processing Status” cancellations will not be accepted.

b) Product dissatisfaction:

The customer has a maximum of 48 hours to report any dissatisfaction with the product that has been purchased . After this time, Fiorence concludes its warranty policy on the product, as it deals with perishable goods.
